It aims to enhance your decision-making skills and understanding of common SJT themes, providing a comprehensive and efficient preparation to excel in SJTs and achieve your career goals.

The Situational Judgment component of the NDECC® exam evaluates your capability to solve problems in clinical contexts. You will need to complete 10 stations that assess your skills in patient-centered care, professionalism, communication and collaboration, practice and information management, and health promotion, all based on the 5 core competencies outlined by the NDECC® protocol.
