What is Situational Judgement Course
A Situational Judgement Course is a focused training program designed to boost your performance in situational judgement tests (SJTs). These tests evaluate how well you handle hypothetical scenarios and make decisions. The course offers practice scenarios, effective strategies for tackling various situations, and expert guidance on selecting the best responses. It aims to enhance your decision-making skills and understanding of common SJT themes, providing a comprehensive and efficient preparation to excel in SJTs and achieve your career goals.
The Situational Judgment component of the NDECC® exam evaluates your capability to solve problems in clinical contexts. You will need to complete 10 stations that assess your skills in patient-centered care, professionalism, communication and collaboration, practice and information management, and health promotion, all based on the 5 core competencies outlined by the NDECC® protocol.
