WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A WINDMILL LOAN?
Immigrants and refugees who are internationally-educated and/or have a minimum of one year of post-secondary work experience before coming to Canada.
Must be living in Canada on a permanent status (permanent residents, Canadian citizens, protected persons, convention refugees and provincial nominees).
